    Enigmo uses this information for determining whether to hire applicants and for other hiring-related management, and in the employment procedure when an applicant is hired.

    Enigmo uses this information to execute the outsourced work.
  • ・Personal information provided as part of written contributions for publications (Disclosure category: Not for disclosure)
    Enigmo uses this information to post on websites that provide services involving contributed articles.

Purposes of use of personal information subject to disclosure

  • ・Customer/member information
    Enigmo obtains and uses personal information from customers—the users of the company’s services—in the application process for the services, to ensure the proper provision of and billing for the services, and to send and receive information about the services.
  • ・Personal information obtained from customer inquiries about Enigmo’s website
    Enigmo only uses this information to respond to or contact the customers, provide information, and conduct sales activities for the purpose of selling the company’s products and services.
  • ・Records of the conversation and correspondence of the inquiries by telephone, fax, or other means, and email inquiries
    Enigmo uses this information to respond to the inquiries, and to maintain, improve, and evaluate the quality of the company’s products and services.
  • ・Information of clients’ employees (business cards, etc.)
    Enigmo uses this information to conduct sales, make inquiries, outsource work, liaise and meet, execute orders, perform the clerical work involving estimates, orders, deliveries, invoices, payments, and the like, send seasonal greetings and other courtesy correspondence, and the like.
  • ・Records of visitors to Enigmo
    Enigmo uses records of visitors to the company’s offices only to prevent crime and manage visitors.

  • ・Personal information of individuals who respond to job postings
    Enigmo uses this information for determining whether to hire applicants and for other hiring-related management, and in the employment procedure when an applicant is hired.
  • ・Personal information of employees
    Enigmo uses this information to manage employment, execute duties, and control safety and health. When an individual is no longer an employee of the company, Enigmo continues to use the information within the scope required for official procedures and the like.

Procedures for requests for disclosure and other handling of personal information

When the owners of personal information subject to disclosure or their representatives follow the procedure set out in the following items to request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, corrections (corrections, additions, deletions), or to refuse the use or provision of the personal information to be disclosed, Enigmo will respond according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and regulations.
Note that customers using a product or service of Enigmo who wish to make changes or the like to the information that was registered when they requested the product or service should not follow the procedure below but contact the same contact point they used at the time they requested the product or service, and Enigmo will respond accordingly through that contact point. (However, please be aware that, depending on the nature of the request, Enigmo may ask you to undergo the following procedure.)

(1) Where to send “Requests for Notification of Purposes of Use, Disclosure, Corrections (Corrections, Additions, Deletions), or Refusal to Use or Provide Personal Information”

Please mail these requests to the following address. Submit the designated request form (“Request for Disclosure and Other Handling of Personal Information”) along with the necessary documents, and, in the case of requesting notification of the purposes of use or the disclosure of the personal information, the additional fee.

(2) Documents (forms) and the like required to submit “Requests for Notification of Purposes of Use, Disclosure, Corrections (Corrections, Additions, Deletions), or Refusal to Use or Provide Personal Information”

Obtain a “Request for Disclosure and Other Handling of Personal Information” (Document A) and fill out all required items. Insert Document A and a document for identity verification (Document B) into the same envelope, and mail it to the aforementioned address. Enigmo will accept your request only if the information on Documents A and B match the personal information on file at the company.

Document B: Document for identity verification
A copy of one of the following: driver’s license, health insurance card, or passport (*If the document contains the address of the individual’s registered domicile, block out the information before sending the copy.)

(3) “Requests for Notification of Purposes of Use, Disclosure, Corrections (Corrections, Additions, Deletions), or Refusal to Use or Provide Personal Information” submitted by representatives

If the person making these requests is a representative of the owner of the personal information, please include the following documents in the envelope along with the aforementioned documents.
When the person has parental authority or is the guardian of a minor: One copy of a family register (in the case of a person who has parental authority, a copy of a health insurance card with the dependents listed is permissible)
When the person is an assistant, curator, guardian of an adult, or voluntary guardian: One copy of a certificate of registered information concerning guardianship
When the person has been appointed as a representative: One copy of the power of attorney document (affixed with a registered seal) and one copy of the individual’s registered seal certificate

(4) Additional fee for notification of the purposes of use and disclosure of personal information, and method of collecting the fee

Enigmo will charge the following amount (which includes the cost of registered mail for responding to the request) for each request for notification of the purposes of use and disclosure of personal information. This fee is not charged for other requests.
1,000 yen (Please include a fixed-denomination postal money order certificate for 1,000 yen in the envelope with the request form.) Please note that Enigmo will contact senders if the fee is not included in the envelope or the fee is insufficient, but will not recognize the request as having been made if the fee is not paid within the prescribed period.

(5) Responding to “Requests for Notification of Purposes of Use, Disclosure, Corrections (Corrections, Additions, Deletions), or Refusal to Use or Provide Personal Information”

Enigmo will send a written response to each request to the mailing address written on the request form by the requester.

(6) Purposes of use of personal information obtained from “Requests for Notification of Purposes of Use, Disclosure, Corrections (Corrections, Additions, Deletions), or Refusal to Use or Provide Personal Information”

Enigmo will handle personal information obtained as a result of these requests only within the scope required for the purpose of responding to the requests. After completing the response to the requester, Enigmo will retain the submitted documents for two years, and then destroy them.

*If you feel that Enigmo’s management of personal information is not appropriate, we ask that you file a complaint with us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the accredited personal information protection commission listed above.
